We are More than Socially Responsible
At present we rely on a network of over 450 Associate Farmers. To gather all that Cocoa, our team of buyers visits them twice a week, collecting the freshly harvested wet Cocoa Mass right at their farm gate. This allows them to save on transportations costs while dedicating that time and money on improving their quality of life and focusing on developing their plantations. All this effort allows us to control the post-harvest process right from the beginning, improving the development of flavors and aromas of our Cocoa, ensuring quality and consistency that exceed our Clients expectations.
To ensure a sustainable model, farmers are offered a fair price, always above market. This encourages higher production and more Cocoa planted areas within their plantations, thus increasing their overall income and therefore their quality of life
